3 Boozy Cocktails to Warm You Up During the Holidays
AHHH, my favorite time of year is finally here. My last couple blog posts haven’t been by accident. I truly love the holidays and couldn’t wait to dive right in. I’m a homebody by nature so celebrating the holidays is my perfect element. Sitting by the fire with my family, watching movies, and sipping on boozy hot cocoa are some of my favorite things to do. The colder weather just promotes staying inside and I’m all about that.
Since I’m such a homebody, I love bringing the party to my house. I would rather spend extra time and money hosting the perfect party then ever having to drive to someone else’s house. Is that odd? Am I the only one?
On this blog, I’ve partnered with Sugarland’s Distillery to bring you 3 of my favorite boozy cocktails to have at your next party. Or if you prefer to sip on them by yourself, more power to you!
All three of these holiday cocktails are equally delicious, easy to make, and super festive!
White Chocolate Peppermint Martini
This martini is sure to make you jingle till you tingle. Grab your ugly Christmas sweater and start smashing candy canes because this cocktail is sure to be the most Instagrammable cocktail ever. This martini was made with Cole Swindell’s very own Peppermint moonshine.
Next on the list is a deliciously warm cocktail made with Sugarland’s Hazelnut Rum.
Boozy Hazelnut Hot Chocolate
I found my inspiration for this one on Pinterest, of course! This was probably my favorite recipe because the hazelnut rum is so tasty on it’s own. Adding it to hot chocolate and topping it with caramel sauce was a no brainer. I will say that it does take A LOT of marshmallows so if you’re planning to make this at a holiday party, stock up on the marshmallows. This is a cocktail I will definitely have on Christmas Eve and probably a few more occasions this holiday season.
And last but not least, we have Santa’s favorite. This is what Mr. Clause really wants when he comes down the chimney! Santa’s Jiggle Juice is made with Sugarland’s American Peach moonshine. The cocktail is perfect for holiday entertaining because it’s colorless. Meaning even if guests get a little rowdy, you won’t have to worry about stains. All the fun is in the ice cubes you prepare before hand!
